LIVE Children's Book Readings (Mental Health Edition)

May 2nd - 8th is Children's Mental Health Awareness Week

As a way to celebrate and bring awareness to Children's Mental Health Week, I will be hosting Live Children's Book Readings on The Youth Mental Health Project's Instagram and Facebook page! My goal with these readings is to share stories that center around children's mental health and to open up a mental health dialogue between children and parents during story time!

I WANT TO HELP THEM!

I'm calling on all my family and friends to Open Up and support The Youth Mental Health Project, a GREAT nonprofit I work with that educates, supports, and empowers families to care for their children’s mental health.

Among other things, The Youth Mental Health Project runs (free!) parent support groups all over the country. I've seen first-hand the difference they make, and it is genuinely amazing.

Please:

1. Donate NOW to my fundraising campaign and help me support the important work The Youth Mental Health Project does to improve children’s mental health!

2. Start talking (and posting!) today about how you and the people you care about have been affected by mental health challenges. We all need to Open Up about it so both kids and adults get the care they need!

I know personally how hard The Youth Mental Health Project works every day to ensure that families have the support they need to care for and strengthen their children’s mental health.

The Parent Support Network has helped literally thousands of families but there are so many more who need help!

When people Open Up it makes a HUGE difference.

Please donate and share today - together we can help more families!

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from early childhood through adulthood.

It’s time to Open Up!
